How do I clean my Xia One?
You can clean your Xia One by washing it with warm water and mild unscented soap. For a deeper and sanitizing cleanse (before the first use, after anal play or sharing it with partners), you can simply place it in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Are Xia products body safe?

Can the Xia One be used as a double dildo?
Yes, absolutely! The Xia One is a great double dildo to enjoy with others. Whether you add it to your scissoring game or use it as a strapless strapon, feel free to explore different positions and ways of using the Xia One together! We would only advise not to share it between vagina and anus to avoid infections.
Can I use the Xia One Dildo anally?
All bodies are different, but definitely! Thanks to its wavy shape the Xia One Dildo is wonderful for anal stimulation, too. Just make sure you use plenty of thick water-based lube and listen to your body. Please do be careful and never insert the Xia One entirely! It does not have a flared base and cannot be easily retrieved.
How does the rougher texture of the Xia One work?
The more pronounced texture is thought for providing better grip and more intense stimulation. It works by adding extra friction, which can be amazing! If you feel like it's too much at some point, you might want to add some more lube and slow down a bit, especially if you are post menopause and your vaginal tissue is even more sensitive. Precisely because of the unique textures, small moves can have a really big effect with the Xia One.
What lubes can I use with my Xia products?
We recommend you to always use plenty of thick water-based lube with your Xia One to fully enjoy the different textures. The absolute best options we have found for the Xia One are Sliquid Naturals Sassy (pH balanced for the vagina) and Sutil Rich Body Glide by Hathor (pH balanced for anal use), which you can also buy in our shop! Please avoid silicone-based lube, as it could damage your Xia.
How do I store my Xia One?
When you are not showing it off on the coffee table, we recommend you to store your Xia One in a breathable pouch.
Is the shipping discreet?
Your Xia products will be delivered in a completely neutral and compostable box, without the company name or logo visible to anybody handling the package. Please note that for international orders, a customs declaration may be included where our products are specified as 'rubber product' or similar.
Can I return my order?
If you would like to return your order, you can do so within 14 days. Find out how. Please be aware that the seal of the product packaging should not be broken. Once the product packaging has been opened we can not take back the product for hygienic reasons. Please note: Shipping outside of the EU does not include customs and taxes. Your local customs or post office may charge additional fees upon receipt.

Do you also make vibrators?
While more and more companies put their focus on technology, Xia is specialized in exploring new designs for 'hand-powered' pleasure objects, that will give you endless pleasure by never running out of battery and are definitely the more sustainable option.
Do you offer custom colors?
We don't offer custom colors, as every object we design has a strong concept behind it. This concept determines the shape, the texture, the colors and all that comes with it. There normally are two to three color options for each design. If you do have a burning desire for a specific color though, just send us a message and we'll try to consider your wishes for future developments.
How do I dispose of my Xia products?
With the right care, your Xia products should last you a lifetime. If for any reason you are no longer using your Xia, please first consider sterilizing it and gifting it to someone else who would enjoy it. If this is not an option for you, and you don't want to throw it to the residual waste, which we do not recommend, please contact us about our recycling program that we are setting up to give your Xias another life!
