A. Shipping costs and information:

Shipping of the goods is possible by default only to the countries listed below. The shipping is climate neutral by DHL. The respective shipping costs can be found below. Orders are usually being shipped the same or next day, except weekends and business holidays.

If you would like to have the goods shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail to info@xia-pleasureobjects.com before placing an order. Please state the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - we will inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.

I. Shipping within Germany.

For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.99 Euros per order. From a gross order value of 100 Euros on we ship free of charge.

The delivery time from the moment of shipping is 2-5 business days.

II. Shipping within the EU.

We deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping costs within the EU are a flat rate of 8,99 Euros per order. From a gross order value of 100 Euros on, we ship free of charge.

The delivery time from the moment of shipping is 5-8 business days.

III. Shipping to the rest of the world.

Outside of the EU, we deliver to the following countries:
Australia, Canada, UK, USA and Switzerland.

Shipping costs to the UK and Switzerland are a flat rate of 11,99 Euros per order. Shipping costs to Australia, Canada and the USA are a flat rate of 14,99 Euros per order. Additional taxes and customs can apply.
